I liked the way the kids prepared for this week.

They have three running backs who are very good. They've all rushed for at least 300 yards. One's a sophomore, one is a junior and one is a senior. Each of them has their own style and they're very effective.

They've showed that they can play with anybody.

They want to be a big-play offense. It's a high-risk offense, but they're having some success with it. They want to strike with the big play.

They have a lot of people back (from last year). They believe they're a better football team, and they're playing with some confidence now that they have a win under their belt.

They've been a bit of a thorn to us over the years.

Normally, it's Jimmy Parsons making the offensive line look good. Last week, it was the offensive line making Jimmy look good. It was their best game as an unit that they've had. As a head coach, you're very happy to see that.

Even though there wasn't much difference between the two teams, we feel good about being 2-0. We might not be a good-looking 2-0, but we're still 2-0. Now we just need to make sure that we use tonight's experience to be a better football team.

We had our hands full with him last year. He's a good player. But it looks like they have a fair number of playmakers.
